As a Social Enterprise, every membership subscription goes directly back into our work: improving mental health and wellbeing, reducing social isolation, and keeping heritage yarn and textile skills alive for future generations.

Online Friends
For those who want to be part of our community wherever they are.

Our Online Friend memberships are for people who may not be able to join us in person but want to be part of the Inspiring Yarns community. All three levels receive identical benefits — the price simply reflects what you feel you can contribute.

Our online services will develop over time to include our own patterns and online workshops combined with members only exclusive content and online Yarn Together Events.

Online Friend £5/month, Online Friend £10/month, Online Friend £15/month

In-Person Memberships
For those who want to join us at our Newtownards hub.

In-person members receive all online benefits plus access to our Yarn Together sessions — a warm, welcoming space to craft, connect, and be part of our community. All our Yarn Together sessions include free tea, coffee and biscuits.

Occasional Visitor £12/month up to 1 Yarn Together per week

Frequent Visitor £22/month 2–4 per week

Membership Terms

Membership is a minimum commitment of 6 months. After 6 months, membership automatically renews monthly for up to 24 months unless cancelled.
